Returns

Getting a refund

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and unused — in their original, sealed condition. This is standard for personal care and wellness products, and we appreciate your understanding.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Prefer store credit instead? Just let us know when you reach out — we're happy to apply it to your next order.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for packages lost in transit.


Exchanges

Swapping for something different

Want to try a different product? We'll exchange within the same 14-day window. You can swap for any product of equal or lesser value. If the new product costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method (or as store credit — just ask).

Exchange items must also be unopened and unused. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.


Exceptions

What we can't accept

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

•  Items marked as sale or purchased at a discounted promotional price
•  Bundles, if applicable
•  Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering
